摘　　要："军字一号"信息管理系统在军队医院应用十几年来,为医院的信息化管理带来了质的发展,并为临床的医疗工作带来极大的便捷。自1999年以来针对临床手术中数码信息的管理,患者随访资料的采集和存储及护理体温单的录入等一系列"军字一号"系统的不足部分,本院和某网络技术有限公司联合开发的临床辅助信息系统功能,经7年来的运行,取得了良好的应用效果。＂No. 1 military project＂ has been applied for more than ten years which developed the hospital information management and made the clinic work more convenient. From 1999, aiming at the faults of the system , such as clinic operation manager and information collection and saving , the saving of temperature list and so on, we have explored the clinic accessorial system together with shanghai suirong company and got good effects.
