摘　　要：近几年来,军字一号工程在医院各个部门全面铺开,系统不断地推陈出新,数据量日益增长,服务器负荷超常,Ora- cle7.3数据库已无法实现对海量数据应用的维护、管理。2006年,经过历时一个多月的测试和升级准备,顺利实现了数据库服务器的更新,操作系统由Windows NT更换成了Windows 2000 Server,Oracle7.3数据库则升级到了Oracle8i。通过半年来的使用,系统运行较以前快速、平稳,故障率大大降低,对于新业务、新技术的开展提供了更加稳定、高效的开发平台。本文介绍了本院进行数据库升级的具体步骤和升级过程中遇到的各类疑难问题及解决办法,希望能够对医院的信息化建设有所帮助。With the updating of system and increasing of data quantity in ＂No. 1 military project＂, Oracle7.3 can not fulfill the management and maintenance of mass data application. In 2006, our hospital completed the revision of database server after a month of testing and upgrading preparation. The operation system was replaced from Windows NT to Windows 2000 Server, and Oracle 7.3 database was upgrade to Oracle8i. Through 6 months application, the system shows quick and stable, and the fault rate has been diminished which offers a more efficient and sound platform for the development of new operation and technology. This article introduced the detailed approaches of database upgrading, the problems and solutions, which would make a contribution to the development of information technology in hospitals.
