摘 要:以长穗偃麦草(Elytrigiaelongata)和中间偃麦草杂交种(Elytrigia hybrid;E. elongata×E. intermedia)的成熟胚为外植体,进行组培再生体系的研究。结果表明:诱导愈伤组织的适宜培养基为MS+CH(500 mg/L)+2,4-D(1.0 mg/L)+6-BA(0.2 mg/L),其诱导率为73%,适宜分化培养基为MS+6-BA(4.0 mg/L)+NAA(0.5 mg/L),分化率最高,为37.8%。本研究建立了一套有效的以成熟胚为外植体偃麦草杂种组织培养再生体系。The regeneration from mature embryos was studied using the mature embryos of Elytrigia hybrid (E. elongata × E. intermedia) as explants. Results indicate that the frequency of callus induction reached 73% in the callus induction medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.2 mg/L 6-BA. During subcultures, rapid growth of callus and embryogenesis were maintained in the callus subculture medium plus 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5 mg/L 6-BA. After callus subcultures, the rate of shoot regeneration from callus were 37.80/oo in the differentiation medium supplemented with 4.0 mg/L6-BA and 0.5mg/L NAA. An effective system of mature embryos regeneration for Elytrigia hybrid (E. elongata × E. intermedia) was developed.
