构建企业资源管理系统 提升企业管理水平

摘　　要：随着企业规模的不断扩大和技术的不断更新,要求企业管理也必须不断改进,以实现企业产、供、销的良性高效循环和人、财、物最大潜力的开发利用。淮海中联水泥有限公司用2.5年的时间建成了具淮海中联特色的企业资源管理系统(即ERM系统)且实施运行良好,年可为企业至少创造320万元的管理经济效益。文章简要介绍了该ERM系统的总体构架,详细介绍了其实施步骤、内容、难点处理;并逐一介绍了该系统具体管控思想的实现情况。With continual scale expansion and incessant technology renovation, the enterprise management have to be improved at the same time to realize good and high effeciency circulation of production, supply and sale and maximize utilization of the people, prop- erty and material resource. For 2.5 years, Huaihai Zhonglian Cement Co.,Ltd. has built a enterprise resource manage system charac- tered by Huaihai Zhonglian Company-ERM System. The ERM System runs well all along, and it can create a manage benefit of 3,200,000 yuan at least a year for the enterprise. The paper introduced the whole structure of the ERM System and the actualization step, content and difficult treatment as well as the realization state of the manage idea of the system.
