摘　　要：使用5%OV-101为填充物,0.6m×2mm色谱柱,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物,在230℃柱温下对恶醚唑进行气相色谱法定量分析。结果表明,该方法的变异系数为0.39%,平均回收率为99.7%,线性相关系数为0.9930。The gas chromatography method was applied to quantitative analysis of difenoconazole. Using 5% OV-101 （0.6 m × 2 mm） as analytical column. The intermal standard was dioctyl phthalate and the column temperature was at 230 ℃. The result show that the coefficient of variation was 0.39%, the average recovery was 99.7% and the correlative coefficient was 0.993 0.
