摘  要:对12Cr1MoV分解炉换热器管的失效从化学成分、金相、断口等方面对进行了比较详细的分析。分析结果表明,管子外壁在高温环境中发生了沿晶剥落;管子内壁在氨分解气氛中的高温作用下产生了氮化现象。同时,基体组织中的珠光体发生了粒化造成管子的强度下降。最终管子经过一定时间使用后逐渐脆化,当内壁沿晶裂纹和外壁的剥落坑相连通时管子发生早期失效。The failure of 12Crl MoV steel pipe used as heat exchanging pipe in decomposition furnace was analyzed from the respects of chemical composition, metallographic and fracture. The results showed that intergranular flaking away from the outside wall of the pipe took place in high temperature and the nitrizing was also observed in the inside wall of the pipe in ammonia decomposing environment. In the mean time, lamellar pearlite gradually became grain which made the strength of pipe decline. Finally, pipe will get brittle in usage for a long time. The failure of pipe will occur while intergranular cracks connect with the flaked pits.
