摘 要:用半化学法制备掺锰0.6Pb(Ni1/2W1/2)O3-0.4PbTiO3(PNW-PT)反应前驱体。将该前驱体在800℃、2 h预烧,950℃、2 h烧结,制备不同掺锰量的PNW-PT粉体和陶瓷。研究了掺锰量对粉体的相组成,以及陶瓷的显微结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明,半化学法制备了掺锰均匀且为纯钙钛矿结构的PNW-PT粉体;掺锰可促进陶瓷材料的烧结,增加陶瓷的致密度,并能促进晶粒生长;掺锰使PNW-PT陶瓷的居里温度向低温方向移动,介电常数增大,介电损耗减小;随着掺锰量的增加陶瓷的介电常数呈现先增大后减小的趋势,介电损耗变化规律与之相反。0.6Pb(Ni1/2W1/2 )O3- 0.4PbTiO2 (PNW-PT) precursors with different amount of Mn doped were pre pared by Semichemical Method. Then the precursors were calcined at 800℃ for 2 h and sintered at 950 ℃ for 2 h to prepare PNW PT ceramics. The influences of Mn doped on the phase constitute of powders and the microstructure and dielectric characteristics of ceramics were investigated. The result showed that the pure perovskite phase PNW PT powders with almost homogeneous Mn-dopant were prepared by Semichemical Method. Both the density and the grain size of PNW PT ceramics were improved with the doping of MnO2. Doping with MnO2 decreased the Curie temperature and the dielectric loss, and improved the dielectric constant. The dielectric constant at first increased with the increasing of MnO2 addition, but then decreased. The rule of dielectric loss was contrary to that of dielectric constant.
