摘 要:目的了解乙肝病毒性肝炎(HBV)、肠道沙门氏菌、肺部疾病、皮肤病以及其它有碍从事本行业的疾病在本辖区食品和公共场所从业人员中的感染情况及其分布,以便为此类疾病的预防控制提供科学依据。方法对本辖区范围内食品和公共场所从业人员,按照《食品卫生法》和《公共场所卫生管理条例》的要求进行有关传染病以及相关疾病健康检查,然后动态分析各类疾病的感染情况。结果1996年~2005年食品和公共场所从业人员对病毒性乙型肝炎、沙门氏菌、肺部疾病、心功能异常、各种皮肤病以及其它等有碍从事食品工作的疾病进行统计,10年6类疾病的平均检出率分别为6.81%、0.30%、0.03%、0.06%、0.01%和0.05%,其中病毒性乙型肝炎和沙门氏菌是本辖区两类从业人员主要感染的病种。结论本辖区食品和公共场所从业人员乙型病毒性肝炎和沙门氏菌的检出率较高,其它型别的病毒性肝炎和志贺氏菌检出率偏低。建议今后应加强对其它型别病毒性肝炎和肠道志贺氏菌的检测。Objective To acknowledge the infectious status and distribution of hepatitis B virus,enteral salmonellosis,tuberculosis of lungs,infectious derrnatoses in food and public places personnel in this area, so as to provide scientific grounds for constituting the countermeasure guarding against them. Methods the food and the public places personnel had a health check with rules in law of food and hygiene,and then all kinds of infectious diseases were analysed by having a trends with time. Results 10 years average percentage of hepatitis B virus,salmonellosis, tuberculosis of lungs and infectious dermatoses in food and in public places personnel are 6.81 %,0.30 %,0.03 %,0.06 %,0.01 %, and 0.05 %, respectively. The main infectious cause was hepatitis B virus and enteral salmonellosis. Conclusions The carrying rate of hepatitis B virus and enteral salmonellosis is higher than the others causes in food and in public places personnel in this area, the other types hepatitis viruses and shigella are never found ,and suggest to strengthen the examination of the others type hepatitis viruses and shigella.
