百色市4816例急诊伤害流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨百色市急诊伤害的流行病学特点,为伤害的急救与预防提供客观依据。方法分析院前急救及到本中心就诊的4816例急诊伤害患者的流行病学资料。结果男女之比为2.15∶1,21～50岁占63.73%。伤害类型：前五位依次为交通伤（40.34%）,斗殴伤（21.20%）,工业外伤（11.73%）,中毒（9.55%）,烧烫伤（7.81%）。伤害占同期急诊总量的12.79%,伤害病死率为1.39%,伤害死因占前三位的是交通伤、斗殴伤、中毒。伤害的高发时间和地点：交通伤及斗殴伤发生的时间以每日18：00～24：00发生最多,占45.75% 伤害发生地点前三位依次为道路、公共娱乐场所、施工工地。结论百色市急诊伤害病死率高,患者以青壮年男性为主,主要致伤、致死因素为交通伤、斗殴伤、中毒、工业外伤。伤害的急救和预防是今后急诊工作的重点。Objective mergency medical services. To investigate the basic epidemiological features of Baise emergency injuries for the eMethods A retrospective review of the epidemiological record was performed in 4816 patients with emergency injuries receiving pre- hospital emergency care and management in the emergency department. Results The ratio of male to female was 2.15：1, people aged 21 ～50 years old occupying 63.73%. The five top- ranked categories of injury factors were： traffic accident （40.34 % ）, fighting （21.20 % ）, industrial trauma （11.73 % ）, poisoning （9.55 % ）, burns （7.81%）. 12.79 % of the emergency patients were injury- induced at the same period. The injury- induced mortality was 1.39 %. The three top- ranked of lethal factors were： traffic accident, fighting and poisoning. The peak time and sites were 18：00 ～24：00 daily for traffic accidents and fighting, accouting for 45.75% ; the three top - ranked accident places were street roads, public entertainment places and working sites of building. Conclusion The mortality is high in Baise emergency injuries, mainly young adult males suffered from this disease. The main trauma cause, lethal factors were traffic accident, fighting, poisoning, industrial injuries. The emergency care and prevention are the key strategies for further emergency services.
