摘 要:目的:对现有黄芩苷提取工艺中的水提、酸沉、水洗、醇洗各参数进行优化,为今后黄芩苷的提取和纯化提供参考。方法:以黄芩苷含量为指标,通过正交设计实验,对影响水提、酸沉、水洗、醇洗工艺的因素进行考察,并进行方差分析。结果:确定了提取黄芩苷的最佳工艺条件。结论:该提取工艺合理,黄芩苷收率高,质量易于控制。Objective: To define the optimal parameters of extracting with water, depositing with acid, washing with water and ethanol in the extracting of baicalin from scutellaria. And to supply a reference for the extraction and purification of baicalin in future. Methods: Using the content of baicalin as an assessing index,the optimum extracting conditions which were about extracting with water, depositing with acid,washing with water and ethanol were selected by orthogonal design and the analysis of variance. Results: The optimum extracting conditions of baicalin were selected. Conclusion: The extraction technology is reasonable ,the yield of baicalin is high, and the quality is easily controlled.
