氢氯噻嗪对血尿酸的影响

摘　　要：目的研究原发性高血压患者在使用氢氯噻嗪(HCTZ)降压治疗时,氢氯噻嗪对血尿酸的影响。方法134例原发性高血压患者同时服用HCTZ12.5mg,1次/d,观察降压效果。在治疗6周和1年末测定血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CR)、尿酸(UA)等指标,比较服药前后的变化。结果治疗后血尿酸升高。分层分析发现治疗6周末及1年末血压达标者尿酸治疗前后无变化,血压未达标者尿酸升高(P<0.05)。结论应用氢氯噻嗪降压治疗,血尿酸变化与降压效果有关,疗效差者血尿酸升高。Objective To approach the effect of hydrochlorothiazide （HCTZ）on blood uric acid in hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 134 essential hypertensive patients took a dose of 12. 5mg HCTZ once everyday. The level of BUN, CR, UA, and etc were tested after patients took medicine for 6 weeks and one year. And then the change of level was compared. Results The level of blood uric acid was elevated after treatment. But the change of the level of blood uric acid could not be found in patients whose blood control could reach the target value. And the level of blood uric acid was found to be elevated significantly in patients whose blood control could not reach the target value. Conclusion The change of level of blood uric acid is related with the anti- hypertensive effects. The level of blood uric acid in patients whose anti- hypertensive effects are bad are elevated,
