摘  要:根据SrTiO3陶瓷中晶粒以{100}和{111}晶面为主要晶界的结晶习性,以及晶粒形状随{100}和{111}占晶界面积不同而发生变化的特点,设计了适合SrTiO3晶粒形状特征的晶粒模型。通过对不同形状晶粒的仿真切割,可得到所对应形状晶粒的随机截面,以及能够反映晶粒形状变化的截面形状参数—圆形度。从而建立了晶粒截面圆形度与晶粒形状的关系。在实际应用时,通过测量统计SrTiO3陶瓷切片上晶粒截面圆形度的平均值,来查询晶粒的三维形状。The grain model of SrTiO3 was designed based on their crystal habit for {111} and {100} planes as its major grain boundary; the shape may be different with the change of the relative area of the two boundary planes. A grain's random section and its shape parameters can be obtained by simulation using a slicing grain model in a simulation way. Through this method, the relationship between the grain section circularity and its three-dimensional shape can be established. In practical application, utilizing this relationship, the three-dimensional shape of grains can be queried by measuring the mean value of the grain section circularity.
