摘  要:用化学全分析、扫描电镜、Brunauer-Emmett-Teller法和粒度分析仪对内蒙赤峰电气石进行测试表征,研究了电气石对好氧反硝化菌株反硝化特性的影响。结果表明:电气石能够促进好氧反硝化菌株的生长繁殖,纯培养16h后,细菌数量增加384%。电气石还可以增强好氧反硝化菌株的反硝化能力,与未投加电气石的相比较,NO3-—N,NO2-—N,化学需氧量的浓度降低,总氮去除率提高32.8%。电气石对菌液体系的氧化还原电位具有调控作用,可以使体系的氧化还原电位降低20%,这一作用可能是电气石提高好氧反硝化菌株反硝化能力的重要因素。The characteristics of tourmaline fi'om the Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia were studied by chemical analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis, and particle counting. The effect of the tourmaline on denitrification characteristics of the aerobic denitrifying bacteria were investigated. The results show that tourmaline can promote the growth of aerobic denitrifying bacteria. After pure cultivation for 16 h, the amount of aerobic denitrifying bacteria increases 384%. The denitrification characteristics of aerobic denitrifying bacteria can be improved by tourmaline. The NO3^--N, NO2^--N and chemical oxygen demand concentration of bacterial suspensions are lower with tourmaline than without tourmaline. The removal rate of total nitrogen increases 32.8%. The oxidation-reduction potential of bacterial suspensions decreases by 20% with tourmaline, which may be a key indicator that tourmaline can enhance the denitrification characteristics of aerobic denitrifying bacteria.
