摘  要:根据中速磨煤机优化调整的试验数据,探讨了输粉管煤粉分配的均匀性和煤粉细度的变化规律。通过对单台磨和一组磨优化调整和改变磨煤机分离器挡板开度的方法,提高了磨煤机输粉管煤粉流量分配的均匀性,使输粉管煤粉分配最大偏差减小了40%;并使各台磨的R90值均控制在设计值18%以下。在330 MW负荷投3层燃烧器时,将3台磨煤机分离器挡板开度从下至上由55°、55°、50°开度优化调整为55°、50°和45°。有效地改善了锅炉燃烧状态,灰渣含碳量降低12%,汽温易于控制。With the aid of data, obtained from optimizing adjustment tests of spheroidal roller mills, factors that cause differences in coal powder apportioning uniformity among the pulverized coal conveying pipes, and those of the powders granularity, have been investigated. Apportioning uniformity of pulverized coal flow among the conveying pipes was improved by optimization adjustment and segregation baffle opening variations, performed on single as well as on whole sets of mills. Herewith the maximal deviation among pipes was reduced by 40 % and the R90 value of all mills were kept below the design value of 18%. Under a load of 330 MW, with burners of three tiers put in operation, by adjusting the three mills' segregation baffles' opening, counted from bottom upwards, from 55°, 55°and 50° to 55°, 50° and 45° respectively; the boiler's state of combustion was effectively improved, carbon content in the ash reduced by 12% and steam temperature control facilitated.
