摘  要:凝汽器真空系统的泄漏,会导致真空的下降,影响汽轮机组的经济和安全运行。因此,在运行中发生真空系统泄漏时,必须尽快应用先进的泄漏检测技术查明漏点,及时堵漏。为此,珠海电厂采用氦质谱检漏技术来代替常规的传统泄漏检测,及时有效地查明了1号机组真空系统漏点的位置,然后及时地消除漏点,创造了显著的经济效益和社会效益,可为同类型机组同类故障提供参考。The leakage of the condenser vacuum system would cause the drop of the vacuum level of the system and bring the turbine unit a bad influence on both sides of economics and safety. So it is necessary to adopt advanced detecting techniques to locate the leakage and then wipe it out in case leakage happens. With the help of helium mass spectrograph detecting technology, leakages on the vacuum system of Unit in Zhuhai Power Plant were located and wiped out in time, which created great economic and social benefits.
