通脉汤对冠心病患者活性氧的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化（AS）的氧化应激状态以及通脉汤对活性氧的影响。方法 将41例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组，一组予常规治疗，消心痛10mg，3次／d，倍他乐克6.25～12．5mg，2次／d；另一组在常规治疗的基础上加通脉汤治疗（1剂／d），观察3个月，另选择20例健康人作为对照，检测各组血清SOD、MDA、NO、血脂的含量，以及治疗前后的变化。结果 与正常人相比，冠心病患者血清CHO、LDL、MDA显著升高（P〈0.01），而SOD、NO水平显著降低（P〈0.01）；经3个月的治疗后，通脉汤治疗组血清SOD、NO较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.05，P〈0．01），MDA、CH0、LDL较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05、P〈0．05、P〈0．01）；常规治疗组血清NO较治疗前显著升高（P〈0．01）。结论 动脉粥样硬化时体内活性氧升高；通脉汤能降低血清CHO、LDL，升高SOD水平，在动脉粥样硬化中起着抗氧化的作用。Objective To study the effect of Tongmai Tang on reactive oxygen species in patients of coronary heart disease. Methotis Forty one patients with stable angina pectoris were random divided into two groups- Routine group （ n = 21 ） and Tongmai Tang group （ n =20）. They were all treated with amylnitrite 10mg tid and betaloc 6. 25 - 12. 5mg bid for three months. Tongmai Tang group were simuhaneously treated with Tongmai Tang. 20 healthy individuals were selected as control group. Concentrations of serum lipid, SOD, MDA and NO were measured at the beginning and end of therapy. Results In patients with stable angina pectoris, levels of serum M DA, CHO and LDL significantly increased （ P 〈0.01 ） and levels of SOD and NO significantly decreased （ P 〈0. 01 ） as compared with control group. After 3 months of therapy, concentrations of serum SOD and NO in Tongmai Tang group significantly increased（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ） and lev-ls of serum MDA,CHO and LDL significantly decreased（ P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ） as compared with before therapy. In routine group, lever of NO significantly increased after 3 months therapy（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tongmai Tang can decrease concentrations of serum CHO, LDL and MDA, and increase the level of serum SOD and NO. Tongmai Tang may play a role in antioxidation in patients of coronary heart disease.
