摘  要:目的研究腕部尺侧筋膜血管网对前臂远端蒂组织瓣的供血作用。方法选用红色乳胶及中国墨汁动脉灌注标本共20例,上肢动脉铸型标本5例,观察腕部血管网的构成,且重点观察腕尺侧血管网构成与前臂筋膜皮肤血管网的联系。结果腕部血管网有众多的血供来源,相互间吻合形成复杂,腕部尺侧血管网与前臂尺侧的纵行筋膜皮肤血管网,特别是与尺动脉腕上皮支降支在尺骨茎突周围相交汇。结论前臂尺侧筋膜皮肤的纵向血管网与腕部血管网有丰富的吻合。以腕尺侧筋膜皮下组织为蒂组逆行供血设计皮瓣,血供可靠,蒂部更长,旋转点更低,转位更加灵活,可覆盖手部各种创面。Objective To investigate the anatomic characteristics of ulnar carpal Vascular network and its clinical correlation to the blood supply based foream flaps. Methods Twelve side of upper extremities specimens injected with red latex and 8 side with ink were used in the study. Casting speeimeus of arteries of the forearm on 5 side also observed. Results Carpal vascular network, formed by multiple source vessels, was abundant and dense. It had a predominant transverse direction and had rich anastomoses with forearm longitudinal faseial and cutaneous neuro-venous nutrient network. Confusions Utnar carpal vascular nework has a strong blood perfusion to forearm tlaps. With wide neuro-veno-adipofaseial pedide based around the wrist, distally based forearm flaps can be safely raised.
