曲安缩松注射分别配合瘢痕表皮回植及异位皮移植治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过对曲安缩松注射分别配合瘢痕表皮回植及异位皮移植治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效对比观察,探讨更有效的治疗方法。方法切除瘢痕疙瘩后,切口周围及基底先注射40mg曲安缩松,然后分别取瘢痕疙瘩的表皮及自体异位皮植入伤口,待愈合后再补充注射2-4次。结果经6个月至4年的随访,瘢痕表皮回植组瘢痕疙瘩复发率小于异位皮移植组,且外观好,手感软。结论曲安缩松注射配合瘢痕表皮回植治疗瘢痕疙瘩是一种更好的方法。Objective To explore a more effective treatment for keloid by comparative observation on effects of kenalog injection for keloid combined with scar cuticle backgrafting and skin autografting respectively. Methods Give kenalog injection （40 mg ） to the open part of the wound and the base of the graft shortly after keloid is cut, then backgraft the cuticular layer of keloid along with skin from other part of the body to the wound, Respeatedly inject 2-4 times after wound is healed. Results Follow-up a period ranged from 6 months to 4 years,patients given kenalog injection combined with scar cuticle baekgrafting demonstrated a lower recurrence rate compared with those given skin autografting. Moreover the Skin with the first treatment has a more natural look and softer feel. Condusions kenalog injection combined with scar cuticle backgrafting is to be more effective treatment for keloid.
