摘 要:研究了酚醛泡沫制备工艺中一些参数条件对泡沫体性能的影响。研究发现:泡沫体的密度随发泡剂的用量增大而减小;表面活性剂的最适合用量为树脂质量的5%;固化剂的用量为树脂质量的4%~6%时可以达到发泡和固化同步的效果。泡沫体的吸水率与泡沫体的密度相关。力学实验表明:泡沫体的压缩强度随泡沫体的密度增大而增大。热重分析结果表明:泡沫体具有优秀的热稳定性能。The influence of processing conditions on the property of phenolic foam was studied. The results showed foam density decreased with the increase of the amount of blowing agent; the optimum amount of surfactant in this process was 5% of the mass of phenolic resol; when the amount of the curing agent was 4% - 6% of the mass of phenolic resol, curing could keep pace with foaming; the water absorption of the foam was closely related to the density of the foam. The results of mechanical tests indicated the compression strength of the foam increased with the increase of the density of the foam. The result of TGA showed the ohenolic foam had good thermal stability.
