摘　　要：介绍尺度的概念、尺度的表达方式和尺度效应,重点介绍信息领域中尺度问题的最新研究成果,包括地理空间数据处理的尺度理论和多尺度空间数据挖掘理论与方法。Scale conception and its interrelated extensions are introduced systematically, and the latest advances in geospatial information are expounded. Firstly, concepts of space scale spectrum and geo-science scale, behaviors of scale in geographical space and Euclid space are discussed in detail. Secondly, new viewpoint about scale-dependent spatial data mining is proposed, and corresponding model of multi-scale technique is originally developed. Finally, recent notions and later-day research findings of scale issue in various scientific disciplines related to geo-science are mentioned.
