摘　　要：文章介绍的滚筒式磨合试验台主要用于汽车前、中、后桥总成的制动性能和综合性能检测,并根据检测数据进行产品质量性能判断。机械系统包含转动惯量可调整的飞轮片组,液压加载可模拟汽车空载状态下车桥的承重情况,控制系统采用工业控制计算机和可编程控制器(PLC)组成的主从式结构。This paper mainly introduces a kind of roller-type grinding tester. It can carry out braking performante and synthetic performance testing of front,center,rear axle assembly. It can also evaluate the production quality performance according to detecting data. Its mechanical system contains flywheel group with adjustable moment of inertia. Hydraulic pressure loading on axles can simulates bearing conditions for no load of automobile, and its control system adopts master-slave frame using industrial computer and programmable logic controller（PLC）.
