几种叠网纸板机压榨部的配置与设计

摘　　要：对几种四叠网纸板机压榨部的典型配置与设计进行了阐述。产能5万t/a的2700/200四叠网多缸涂布白纸板机,其压榨部配置:真空压榨+两道高冲量压榨。产能18万t/a的3400/450四叠网多缸涂布白纸板机,其压榨部组成:真空吸移→真空压榨→真空吸移→大辊径压榨→真空吸移→大辊径压榨→光压。产能15万t/a的4400/500四叠网多缸纸板机,其压榨部组成为:真空吸移→真空压榨→真空吸移→两道大辊径压榨。产能30万t/a的4800/600四叠网高档涂布白纸板机,其压榨部组成:真空吸移→真空压榨→真空吸移→靴式压榨→光压。对几种大辊径压榨辊的典型构造及其冷却装置进行了介绍。This paper introduces the typical configuration and design of the press section of four-wire paperboard machines. The press section configuration of 2700/200 four-wire and multi-cylinder coated white board paper machine with the productive capacity of 50 thousand t/a is equiped with suction press＋two sets of heavy impulse press. The press section configuration of 3400/450 four-wire and multi-cylinder coated white paperboard machine with the productive capacity of 180 thousand t/a is equiped with pick-up roll→suction press→pick-up roll→large roll diameter press→pick-up roll→large roll diameter press→flat press. The press section configuration of 4400/500 four-wire and multi-cylinder high grade coated white paperboard machine with the productive capacity of 150 thousand t/a is equiped with pick-up roll→suction press→pick-up roll→two sets of big diameter roll. The press section configuration of 4800/600 four-wire and multi-cylinder high grade coated white paperboard machine with the productive capacity of 300 thousand t/a is equiped with pick-up roll→suction press→pick-up roll→shoe press→flat press. The typical structure of the large-roll-diameter press rolls and their cooling unit are also introduced in the paper.
