摘  要:根据磨浆机工作特点,设计了基于S7-200的新型磨浆机控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心,与功率变送器和变频器综合应用,且将专家控制思想应用于磨浆机进退刀量控制,结合自学习算法自动修改不合适的输入输出量化值,具有调节速度快、过渡时间短、超调量小等优点,更准确地控制磨浆机的磨刀进退位移量。该系统具有高稳定性与快速动态响应特性,既实现了打浆过程的平稳、精确控制,又大大提高了控制系统的可靠性和安全性,达到了高质、低耗、自动控制的目的。According to the working characteristics of refiner, a new refiner control system based on S7-200 was designed. Using PLC as a core, integrated with power transmitter and transducer, appllying expert control to refiner' s loading and unloading and combined with self-learning algorithm to revise inappropriate input and output quantification value, the system has the merits of fast regulating speed, short transient time and small overshoot so it can accurately control the displacement of the refiner discs. This system has the characteristics of high stability and fast dynamic response, having not only realized steady and accurate control of the beating process, but also greatly enhanced the reliability and security of the control system, thus the target of higher quality, lower consumption is attained.
