摘　　要：社会用语作为公共场合的一种语言信息现象,与人们的日常生活密切相关,是社会文明程度的标志之一。通过对舟山市党政机关及公共服务行业语言使用情况的多角度调查考察,了解舟山市社会用语的特点,目的是规范社会用语,净化社会风气,树立良好的社会道德风范,并以此为个案,探索当前我国中型开放城市社会用语的特点,提出语言规范化的对策建议。Public language, as a means to convey information in public, is closely related with our daily life and a factor to judge how the society is civilized. The paper attempted to understand the features of the public language in Zhoushan City by conducting a survey in the governmental organizations and public service industries with the purpose of standardizing public language, purifying the social atmosphere and establishing good social moral style. With Zhoushan as a case study, further efforts were made to explore the features of public language in mediumsized open cities in China and some suggestions were offered to standardize public language.
