摘  要:通过控制酯化率和不外加相转移催化剂在敞开体系中进行酯化、磺化的方法合成了月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(5)辛基磺基琥珀酸混合双酯钠,最佳工艺条件为:n(月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(5))∶n(顺酐)=1.00∶1.10,于110℃下单酯化反应2.5h,得到产率为99.7%的单酯化产物;n(二乙基辛醇)∶n(顺酐)=3.0∶1.0,于170℃下双酯化反应4h,得到产率为94.2%的双酯化产物;n(亚硫酸氢钠)∶n(顺酐)=1.10∶1.00,加热介质温度为160℃下磺化反应4h,可使双酯化产物完全磺化得到标题化合物。测定了产物的表面张力、临界胶束浓度、耐硬水能力、乳化力、渗透力、分散力、钙皂分散力和去油污力,并与磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐(快T)和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(5)磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐(LESS5)进行了比较。结果表明:其耐硬水能力、分散力、乳化力、钙皂分散性能和去油污性能均较快T有所改善;与LESS5相比,渗透性能得到了较大提高。Sodium lauryl polyoxyethene (5) octyl sulfosuccinate was synthesized by using the method of controlled esterification rate and the method of performing the sulfonation reaction in the unclosed system without any extra phase transfer catalyst(PTC). The optimum synthetic conditions were as follows. Esterfication of lauryl polyoxyethene (5) and maleic anhydride in a mole ratio 1.00:1.10 at 110 ℃ for 2.5 h gave a monoester yield of 99.7% .Diesterfication was carried out at 170℃ for 4 h with hexanol[at a ratio of n(2-ethylhexanol) : n(maleic anhydride) = 3 ] to form the diester at a yield of 94.2 %. Sulfonation was carded out in a heating medium of 160 ℃ for 4 h with sodium hydrosulfite[at a ratio of n (sodium hydrosulfite) : n(maleic anhydride) = 1 : 1.101. The surface activity and the application performance of products were tested, verifying the surface tension,the critical micelle concentration, the emulsifying power, the permeability, the dispersing power, the hard water tolerance, the calcium soap dispersing power and the oil stain removing power. Compared with the traditional surface activities of sodium octyl sulfosuccinate and disodium lauryl polyoxyethene (5) sulfosuccinate, the test results showed that the hard water tolerance,the emulsifying power, the dispersing power, the calcium soap dispersing power, the oil stain removing power and the permeability, of this new product were notably improved.
