摘　　要：以某典型商用建筑为调查对象,对其空调系统的运行能耗进行了不同季节的逐时测定,对系统能耗结构、负荷指标、能效比、水系统输送系数等方面进行了分析研究,提出了系统节能改造的建议,包括:合并南北空调系统、增设水泵变速控制、调整新风运行方案、加强运行和维护管理等。The air-conditioning system energy consumption in a typical commercial building were analyzed in four aspects： the component of energy consumption,cooling load per square meter,coefficient of performance and coefficient of water distribution. Suggestions on improving the air-conditioning system are proposed as follows： 1 ）combining the south and north subsystem into a unit system; 2）adding variable speed control for water pump; 3） modifying the running scheme for fresh air handling units; 4） intensifying the management and maintenance of the system.
