摘　　要：目的评价应用东菱迪芙治疗糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法60例糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者中,35例采用东菱迪芙10BU隔日静滴,共3次为治疗组,另25例为对照组。比较治疗前,治疗后5d、10d2组神经功能缺损评分及临床疗效,并观察治疗前后5d、10d血浆纤维蛋白原(FG)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、红细胞比积(HCT)。结果治疗组病例神经功能缺损评分及临床疗效在治疗前后以及与对照组比较均有显著意义。结论东菱迪芙治疗糖尿病合并急性脑梗死疗效良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapertic effect and safety of using batroxobin in treating diabetes wellitns complicating acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods 35 eases in 60 diabetes wellitns complicating acute cerebral infarction cases,were given batroxobin 10BU injection 3 days,while other 25 common treatment cases act as a control group,and compared the neuro function absence scores and clinical therapentic affect between groups before treatment,and 5 days and 10 days after the treatment, and observed the result of Fg, PT, TT around treatment. Results There were significant differences of the neurofunction absence scores and clinical therapeutic effect between the treatment group eases around treatment, between treatment group and control group. There were signifiance differences among Fg,PT,TT. Conclusion Batrxibin has a fire therapentic effect in treating diabetes wellitns complicating acute cerebral infarction patients.
