摘  要:用均相沉淀法制备得到草酸钇铕前驱体,在前驱体的焙烧中用熔盐Na2CO3、S、NaCl或它们的组合辅助其于1000~1300℃下焙烧2h制备Y2O3∶Eu3+红色荧光粉。实验结果分析发现复合熔盐有利于Y2O3∶Eu3+发光强度的提高,在1300℃焙烧时其主峰强度比不加熔盐量时的高36%,且高出商用Y2O3∶Eu3+红粉的11%。熔盐配比的调节还可有效调控了Y2O3∶Eu3+粉体的颗粒尺寸。The precursor of Y2(C2O4)3∶Eu^3+ was prepared by homogeneous precipitation-molten salts method.The molten salt,such as Na2CO3,S,NaCl or their combination is assistant of preparing Y2O3∶Eu^3+ red phosphor in the process of sintering precursor at 1000-1300℃ for 2h.The effect of molten salt on particle size and luminescent intensity is also studied.The experimental results show that the compound molten salt is in favor of improving the luminescent intensity of Y2O3∶Eu^3+.The intensity of the emission peak is 36% higher than that of the phosphor doped without molten salt and 11% higher than the corresponding commercial phosphor when the sintering temperature is 1300℃.At the same time,the particle size of Y2O3∶Eu^3+ phosphor is controlled effectively by the molten salt.
