摘  要:以氯甲基化聚醚砜酮(CMPPESK)为膜材料,通过相转换法制备了CMPPESK膜,然后将其浸泡在三甲胺溶液中进行季铵化反应,即可得到荷正电的季铵化聚醚砜酮(QAPPESK)纳滤膜。考察了三甲胺浓度,季铵化时间,季铵化温度等季铵化条件对QAPPESK纳滤膜性能的影响,发现三甲胺浓度为5.0mol/L,季铵的化时间5h左右,季铵化温度为30℃时,得到的荷正电QAPPESK纳滤膜对MgCl2、VitaminB12(VB12)具有较高的纯水通量和截留率。Chloromethylated poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone)(CMPPESK,S/K=8/2) was prepared into the membrane by a phase inversion method,and CMPPESK membrane was immersed into an aqueous trimethylamine solution to induct positively charged quaternary nitrogen groups into the membrane,then positively charged quaternized PPESK(QAPPESK) nanofiltration(NF) membrane was obtained.The factors affecting the membrane properties were investigated,such as trimethylamine concentration,quaternization time,and quaternization temperature.It is found that QAPPESK NF membrane has higher pure water flux and rejection for MgCl2 and Vitamin B12 when trimethylamine concentration is 5.0mol/L,and quaternization time is about 5h,and quaternization temperature is 30℃.
