摘　　要：哈萨克斯坦北京大厦工程地下室最大长度89.1m,最大宽度76.7m,属超长结构。本工程主体底板厚度1200～4400mm,属大体积混凝土。而当地只有水化热极高的早强型硅酸盐水泥,不能使用粉煤灰、矿渣粉等掺和料,为此,本工程运用补偿收缩混凝土以及缓凝、减水等综合施工技术措施,实现了超长混凝土结构的连续浇筑,科学合理地解决了超长大体积混凝土结构无缝施工的技术难题,取得了不裂、不渗的良好效果。The basement of the project, with maximum length of 89.1 m and maximum width of 76.7m, is a super long structure, while the main foundation slab, 1200 to 4 400 mm thick, is of massive concrete. But available locally is nothing but early-setting Portland cement with extremely high hydration heat into which neither flying ash nor slag can be admixed. Therefore, some complex construction technologies such as compensated shrinkage concrete, setting retarding and water reducing and etc. were applied so as to realize the continuous placement of the super long concrete structure and overcome the difficulty of jointless construction of massive concrete, achieving good effects of no crack and no seeoaze.
