摘　　要：本文论述了静力材料力学测试系统的软硬件设计。利用VB开发平台,通过压力传感器、应变力传感器和光电编码器对液压万能试验机的出油口压力、待测材料的变形量和升降台的位移进行实时检测并画出动态实时曲线,对数据信息及曲线进行Access数据库的存储和历史数据和曲线的回放,报表打印功能。同时可对各传感器进行检定,进行压缩、拉伸、弯曲、剪切等试验,通过数据分析,推理反映出材料的硬度、韧性、强度、塑性等力学性能的指标。试验中也得到了理想的测试效果。This paper discusses the hardware and software design of the static mechanical test system. Use VB development the platform. Get the real-time detection of the outlet pressure, the deformation of the testing material and displacement of a lifting platform through pressure sensorf strain sensor and optical encoder of the hydraulic pressure universal testing machine. The testing system can realize functions such as draw the real-time dynamic curve, database storage, display historical data and curve, report print and so on. It also can check the sensors. We can get the mechanical performances of the material in different examination, through data analysis.
