摘　　要：从对界面热阻的测量研究过程中,提出激光光热法测量界面热阻的方法,设计了一套测量界面热阻的实验装置,给出了本系统整个的测量原理和系统的总体硬件框图。From the process of the thermal boundary resistance measurement, this paper brings forward the method of Laser Photothermal method, designs a set of experiment equipments of the thermal boundary resistance measurement and provides the whole theory of measurement and the hardware frame of the system.
