摘　　要：为解决信息不对称问题,通过对CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)规范技术原理分析,结合合同管理特点,提出了一个基于CORBA分布式结构的合同管理系统的设计方案。简述了分布式合同管理系统的体系结构和系统组成,实践证明该设计方案与传统的合同及项目管理系统相比较,能够满足分布式合同管理的要求。In order to solve the inconsistent information, on the basis of the analysis of CORBA （ Common Object Request Broker Architecture） and the feature of contract management, we bring forward a design scheme of the distributed contract management system. The architecture and system composition are discussed. The prac- tice proves that the solution can meet the requirement of the contract management.
