摘　　要：最近IBM发布的一份调研报告指出,就挖掘国际市场而言,金融类公司几乎处于排名的末尾。而金融公司未能占领外国市场的最大原因很可能在于它们在国内拥有充足的获利机会,"但是,那些轻松的日子一去不复返了。如果创新仅限于老牌市场,那就难以达到预期利润率"。这一结论对于置身于中国金融市场变革大潮中的中外资银行以及企业都有警示意义。From the datas of supervision institutions,foreign banks' profit multiply rate is 43% in the first five months of 2007.but 75 foreign banks’ payoff summation is only $0.4 billion,which bring two pieces of information. one is that foreign banks develop quickly,the other is that they have a long road to go. Foreign banks develop vigorously and be cautious in China. In fact,'domino effect' brought by foreign banks in China is obvious,to CFos attention,which will have far-reaching influence from corporate finance to reform of Chinese banks and finance system.
