摘　　要：人身保险利益在保险的法理和实务中都具有重要的意义。它在相当程度上可以排除投保人可能进行的赌博或者非法投机或者谋财害命行为,以维护被保险人的人身安全利益。本文从人身保险利益的含义与特征入手,分析了我国人身保险利益的认定标准与范围,并在此基础上提出了相关立法完善建议。Life insurance interest is of great significance in the insurance and legal practice. It may pre vent policyholders from the illegal gambling or speculation or murder, to protect the insured person＇s personal security interests, The article, starting from the implication and characteristics, analyzes the criteria and range for identifying the life insurance interest and put forward some suggestions on the perfect of relevant legislation.
