效益视角下欠发达地区公共图书馆的发展对策

摘　　要：面对长期存在的经费严重短缺问题,欠发达地区公共图书馆必须从效益的角度出发,积极克服不利因素的影响,努力探索一条社会效益与经济效益有机统一的发展道路。Confronted with the ever-existing problem of serious fund shortage, the public library in less -developed areas is supposed to overcome the adverse effects actively and figure out a developing way consolidating social and economic benefits.
