波尔山羊体型外貌与部分生产性能的相关分析

摘　　要：体型外貌一直是家畜选种、选配的重要遗传标记。为了找出波尔山羊的体型外貌与生产性能的关系,以便正确选择,利用SPSS数据处理软件分析湖北省种羊场542只波尔山羊生长性能与耳型、鼻型、头部白色毛形状、耳部毛色、体表绒毛、体表毛色色区、皮肤颜色共7项体型外貌指标的关系,以及269只波尔山羊母羊繁殖性能与上述体型外貌指标的关系。结果表明:上述体型外貌指标对羔羊生长发育没有显著影响(P>0.05),但耳朵毛色、体表有无绒杂毛对繁殖性状有影响,其中红棕色耳朵的羊群窝产羔数比杂色耳朵的多0.22只(P<0.05),体表无绒杂毛的羊群比有绒杂毛的产活羔数、断奶活羔数分别高0.3只和0.31只(P<0.05)。这些结果说明,耳朵颜色和体表绒毛特征可作为波尔山羊的选择指标,其他指标则没有必要进行选择。Appearance traits is always the important genetic mark for animal breeding. In order to facilitate selection and breeding, find the correlation between Boer goats＇ conformation traits and some of the production traits. The appearance traits consist of ear shape, nose shape, the shape of the white hair in the head,the color of the ear,the villus in the body the color and the range of the hair in the body,skin color. By using SPSS program we analyzed correlation between growth traits and the appearance traits of 542 Boer goats, and the correlation between reproductive traits and appearance traits of 269 Boer goat kept in Hubei Boer goats farm. In this study, the results showed that no significant differences were found between growth traits and the appcarance traits（P〉0.05）, reproductive traits was likely to be influenced by the color of the ear and if have the villus in the body, the number of lambs born of the Boer goats with marron ear was 0.22 higher than the Boer goats with random colour ear （P〈0. 05） ;The number of lambs born alive of the Boer goats did not have the villus in the body was 0.3 higher than the Boer goats with the villus in the body（P〈 0. 05）; The number of lambs weaning alive of the Boer goats did not have the villus in the body were 0.31 higher than the Boer goats with the villus in the body（P〈0.05）. The results showed that the color of the ear and the villus in the body could be the choice indicator of Boer goat＇s seed selection. The other appearance traits were no necessary to chioce.
