微乳液聚合物的制备及其对铬鞣革柔软度和物理机械性能的影响

摘  要:将自制的表面活性剂(SAa)十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸盐(AESS)和蓖麻油磺基琥珀酸盐(COSS)用于微乳液聚合中,制备了微乳液聚合物(ACME),并用FTIR对ACME的结构进行表征。分别讨论了SAa的用量、COSS加入量、固含量3个因素,对皮革的撕裂强度、抗张强度和柔软度增加率的影响。结果表明:随着SAa用量的增加,皮革的柔软度增加,撕裂强度和抗张强度增加率下降。加入适量的COSS可以改善皮革的柔软度。当AESS用量为80g,COSS用量为60g,混合单体质量为(m(MMA)∶n(BA)=1∶1)210g,皮革撕裂强度平均提高17.3%,抗张强度平均提高25.3%,柔软度提高1.8%。The microemulsion polymerization ACME was prepared with self - made sulfosuccinate of lauryl alcohol polyoxyeth- ylene ether (AESS) and sulfosuccinate of castor oil (COSS). The structure of microemulsion polymer ( ACME ) was studied by FTIR. The influence of surfactant quantity, COSS quantity and the solid content on increment rate of tensile strength, tearing strength and softness were discussed. The results indicate that with the increase of surfactant, the leather softness increase, while increment rate of tensile strength and tearing strength decrease. The softness could be improved by adding some COSS. When the quantity of AESS is 80g, COSS 60g, mixed monomer ( m (MMA):n (BA) = 1 : 1 ) 210g, the average increment rate of tearing strength and tensile strength is 17.3% and 25.3% respectively, and softness could be improved by 1.8%.
