摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、聚醚二醇(N220)、二羟甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇、环氧树脂(E-20)和丙烯酸羟丙酯为主要原料,合成了环氧树脂改性的水性紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂乳液,并通过傅立叶变换红外光谱和粒径分析仪等,对其进行表征。讨论了二羟甲基丙酸、环氧树脂和丙烯酸羟丙酯用量及中和度对乳液的外观、粒径、黏度和稳定性的影响。结果表明,通过加入适量的环氧树脂,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液的稳定性和耐水性得到明显改善,当二羟甲基丙酸用量为6%左右、环氧树脂用量为4%~8%、中和度为90%~95%时,所得到的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液的外观和稳定性较好。The UV - curable waterborne polyurethane - acrylate emulsion modified by epoxy resin was prepared with toluenediisocyanate ( TDI - 80 ), polyether ( N220 ), dimethylolpropionic acid ( DMPA ), 1,4 - butanediol ( BDO), epoxy resin and hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) as the main materials. The emulsion was characterized by FT- IR and Malvern particle size analyzer. Some factors, such as the content of DMPA, epoxy resin and HPA, the degree of neutralization, which affected the appearance, particle size, viscosity and stability of the PUA emulsions were discussed. It shows that the stability and water resistance of the PUA emulsion are obviously improved with the addition of the epoxy resin. When the DMPA content, the usage of the epoxy resin and the neutralization degree are 6% , about 4% - 8% and 90% - 95% , respectively, the PUA emulsion shows better appearance and stability.
