摘　　要：飞行试验与测试工程数据库(Flight Test and Measurement Engineer DataBase,FT&MEDB)是验证飞机性能和作战效能的基本数据,对飞行试验与测试系统的功能和水平有着重要的影响。提出在建立飞行试验与测试工程数据库的基础上,应用Oracle数据库管理技术建立相应的数据库管理系统。着重研究了飞行实验与测试工程数据库的总体框架结构,较详细阐述了飞行试验与测试工程数据库系统的设计与实现。As the core part of the flight real-time simulator software, Flight Test and Measurement Engineer Database is important for the whole flight real-time simulation system. A flight simulation database management system based on the technology of the Oracle database management system is put forward. The main structure of the database system is discussed, and the model of flight simulation database management system is particularly expounded. The realization of the flight simulation database management system is described according to the character of Oracle.
