摘  要:在水平定向钻穿越管道回拖环节中,容易出现卡管现象,导致穿越失败,造成巨大的经济损失。为了解决回拖卡管问题,动态注水平衡技术应运而生。文章介绍了动态注水平衡技术的原理以及与静态注水平衡技术的区别,并从认真计算注水重量和体积、严格把握注水量、合理选择注水时机、正确选择注水位置等方面介绍了动态注水平衡技术的几个关键环节。Pipe sticking phenomenon appears sometimes during pull-back stage of pipeline crossing with horizontally directional drilling, which results in crossing failure and great economic loss. In order to solve this problem, the dynamic water injection balance technique is developed. This paper introduces the principle of that technique, the difference between it and the static water injection balance. Several key issues on dynamic water injection balance technique are also explicated, which include seriously calculating water injection weight, strictly grasping water injection rate, reasonably choosing water injection opportunity and correctly determining water injection place.
