摘　　要：罗家寨天然气净化厂尾气烟囱设计通径大,吨位重,采用常规的吊装工艺难以满足吊装施工要求,经分析论证,最终确定尾气烟囱的吊装采用倒装法,主要吊装受力机具为2台150t履带吊车,逐段吊装,空中组对焊接。文章介绍了150t履带吊车的组装、分段吊装的步骤及方法、吊点及吊耳的选择。实践证明,该吊装工艺既有效地避免了筒体变形,又大大节约了吊装成本。The designed tail-gas chimney of Luojiazai Natural Gas Purifying Plant has a big drift diameter and a large weight tonnage, so that the conventional hoisting process is difficult to meet the hoisting requirement. Following the analysis and argumentation, the inverted hoisting method is finally adopted, which includes choosing hoisting points and lugs, using two 150 t caterpillar cranes as main hoisting machines, hoisting the chimney by divided sections, assembling and welding them in the air.
