摘 要:通过对优质丰产杂交油菜新品种黔油14号母本移栽密度及可育株拔除技术的研究,结果表明,处理A1B1(母本移栽密度7 500株/667m2、可育株采用挤浆识别拔除)制种产量最高(77.42 kg/667m2),处理A2B3(母本移栽密度5 625株/667m2、可育株采用看花识别拔除)制种产量最低(55.74 kg/667m2),极差为21.68 kg/667m2。可育株识别拔除技术间制种产量差异极明显,以挤浆识别拔除的处理(B1)平均产量最高(75.83 kg/667m2),分别较看花识别拔除处理(B3)和花蕾形态识别拔除处理(B2)增产33.95%和12.49%,均达极显著水平。The test was conducted to investigate effects of different density of female parent and method of removing fertile plants on seed yield of Qianyou 14. The results showed that the seed yield of the treatment with 7500 plants/667m^2 of density of female parent and removing female fertile plants by squeezing flower buds was up to 77.42 kg/667m^2, 21.68 kg/667m^2 higher than the treatment with 5625 plants/667m^2 of density female parent and removing female fertile plants by observing the stamen morphological character. There was a very significant difference in seed yield between removing female fertile plants by squeezing flower buds and by observing the stamen morphological character or by observing the flower bud morphological character and the average seed yield with removing female fertile plants by squeezing flower buds increased by 33.95 % and 12.49 % compared with those with removing female fertile plants by observing the stamen morphological character and by observing the flower bud morphological character respectively.
