摘 要:为深入研究非对称交错混合励磁爪极同步电机的调磁性能,分析了该电机的磁路结构特征和调磁原理.采用三维有限元方法计算了不同直流励磁电流下的空载电机磁场,给出了不同励磁电流时电机气隙磁场分布及每极气隙磁通变化情况.设计制作了一台2kW样机,对样机进行了调磁性能实验,实验结果与三维有限元计算结果吻合.实验结果表明,只需相对较小的励磁电流便可实现气隙磁通的宽范围调节.该研究工作表明,所提出的电机结构新颖,调磁性能良好,电机效率较高,可满足宽调速同步电动机的需要.To deep investigate the field-control capability of an asymmetrically stagger hybrid excitation claw-pole synchronous machine (ASHECSM), the magnetic-circuit characteristic and field-control principle of the machine are introduced. A 3D finite element analysis (FEA) was carried out to analyze no-load magnetic field distributions of the prototype for different field currents. Magnetic field distributions and air-gap flux per pole were achieved. A 2 kW prototype was designed and manufactured, and the experiment for field-control capability was carried out, its results being well consistent with those from FEA. The experimental results indicate that flux of the ASHECSM can be adjusted in a wide range with a relatively low field current. This research shows that the ASHECSM has a novel structure and a good field-control capability with higher efficiency, which is capable of satisfying the requirement of wide speed range for synchronous motor.
