摘 要:目的:获取哈萨克族人蛛网膜下池CT测量值年龄组变化的资料。材料与方法:选择哈萨克族人正常头部CT片200份(男100例,女100例),将20~69岁的200例头部CT片分为七个年龄组:20~29岁,30~39岁,40~49岁,50~59岁,60~69岁组,A组为20~49岁,B组为50~69岁。把七个年龄组脑池的测量数据分别输入计算机,计算出每个年龄组5项脑池CT测量值的平均值、标准差,并进行了各年龄组间两样本均数的比较,做了方差分析和显著性检验。结果:五项脑池CT测量值从30~69岁四个年龄组中均是随着年龄的增大则增加的。鞍上池、环池、四叠体池60岁以前四个年龄组中除50~59岁组与40~49岁组的鞍上池存在高度显著性差异外,其余四个年龄组中的鞍上池、环池和四叠体池均无显著性差异。50~59岁与60~69岁这两个年龄组的五项脑池相比较,环池、四叠体池、外侧裂池、前纵裂池存在高度显著性差异(P<0·01,P<0·001),即这四项脑池在50岁后增大显著。五项脑池在A组与B组之间存在高度显著性差异(t值均大于2·58,P<0·001)。结论:鞍上池、环池、四叠体池50岁以后明显增大,大脑外侧裂池和大脑前纵裂池从40岁后就显著增大。Purpose: Getting the CT measurements data on subaraelmoid cistern about the changes of the age group of Kazak nationality. Materials and Methods: To choose the normal head CT plates of 200 examples about Kazak race. It includes; 100 males and 100 females. The nomaal head CT plates of 200 examples can be divided into 7 age groups; the ages range from 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69 ; group A ranges from 20 - 49, group B 50 - 69, Then put the measurements data on subarachnoid cistern of 7 age groups into computer respectively. The 5 items of subarachnoid cistern were measured, its' average value and standard difference pegroup were calculated out. The averages of two samples during every group were compared, and the variance analysis and significant tests were done. Results: The 5 iterns of measurements on subarachnoid cistem CT in 4 age groups ranged from 30 - 39 all increase as they grow older. There are kighly significant differences between 50 - 59 and 40 - 49 groups in supracellar cistem. But in four age groups before 60, there are no obvious differences in supracellar cistem. And the rest of the four age groups in supracellar cistern, cistem ambiens and quadrigeminal cistem all exist no significant differences. The 5 items of subarachnoid cistem in the two age groups ranged from 50- 59 and 60- 69 were compared; in cistem ambiens, quadrigeminal cistern, sylvian salcus and lonitudinal cerebral fissure, all exist tfighly significant differences. Value of P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.001, The 4 item of subarachnoid cistem after 50 years old become larger significantly. The 5 items of subarachnoid cistem in A and B group were compared all exist highly significant differences. Value of t 〉 2.58, P 〈 0.001. Condusion: Supmcellar cistern, cistern ambiens and quadrigeminal cistern become larger. Obviously after 50 years old , then sylvian sulcus and longitudinal cerebral fissure become large obviously since 40 years old.
