摘  要:目的:探讨晚发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血的CT表现。材料与方法:回顾性分析经临床确诊的15例婴儿晚发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血的CT征象。结果:蛛网膜下腔出血9例,硬膜下出血7例,脑实质出血3例,脑室内出血2例。结论:CT检查可确定颅内出血的部位和范围,是诊断维生素K缺乏症致颅内出血的首选。Purpose: To study CT features of delayed vitamin K deficiency with intracranial hemorrhage to shou the diagnostic value of Ctscan to the disease. Material and Methods: The CT appearances of 15-cases clinically confirmed involing intracmnial hemorrhage caused by elayed vitamin K deficiency were clinically confirmed. Results: 9 cases with subaraehnoid hemorrhage, 7 cases with subdural hemorrhage, 3 cases with intracerebral hemorrhage, 2 cases with ventricular hemorrhage. Conclusion: CT provides useful information about the lozation and extent of intraeranial hemorrhage. CT scan should be the first reliable choice in elagnosis of vitamin K deficiency with intracmnial hemorrhage.
