摘　　要：针对模具生产中存在的不确定性因素,在考虑企业关键资源有限性的前提下,采用嵌入随机概率模型的模具项目模板,实现多项目调度,能够为企业制定较为准确且符合实际生产情况的项目计划。Due to the fact that there are many indeterminate factors in the manufacturing of dies and moulds, a die or mould project template embedded with stochastic probability model was proposed for the scheduling of multi projects. In this way, practical and more accurate project plans in mould enterprises can be prepared under the circumstances of that many enterprises only have finite key resources.
