摘　　要：随着依法治国方略的深入实施与教育改革进程的不断加快,依法治校已成为我国学校管理的必然选择。现阶段我国实行依法治校还存在着法制建设不够完善、教育行政执法与监督不力的现象较为普遍等问题,因此,需要逐步完善教育法律法规体系,推进基础性教育法制建设;提高教育行政部门依法行政水平,牢固树立依法治校观念;依法制订学校章程,构建科学的依法治校制度体系;等等。Ruling schools by law has become a logical option. To achieve this objective, we should improve the system of educational laws and regulations step by step, pushing ahead with the improvement of basic legal systems of education, heighten educational administrative departments＇ level of exercising functions according to law, firmly fostering the concept of ruling schools by law, and work out school regulations according to law, developing a scientific and perfect system of institutions of ruling schools by law.
