摘　　要：杭州德胜快速路是杭州"五横三纵"规划快速路网的一横,近期实施东、中段工程。该文分析了德胜快速路的功能定位,介绍了有关主要技术标准、道路总体设计以及近远期不同的实施方案,可供同类道路设计、建设参考。Hangzhou Desheng Expressway is a transverse one in Hangzhou 'Fiver Transverse and Three Longitudinal' Planning Expressway Network. The projects of the east section and the middle section are implemented in the short term. The article analyzes the function orientation of Desheng Expressway, and introduces the relative main technical standards, the overall design of road and the different short-term and long-term implementation schemes, which are referred for the design and construction of the same roads.
