摘　　要：采用S3C44B0芯片为处理器,利用以太网中TCP协议,设计一种网口转串口模块,实现了数据传输方式的转换,并给出了系统框图。软件采用uC/OS+LwIP实时多任务嵌入式系统。软件主要实现5个任务:时钟初始化/操作系统初始化任务,修改IP、子网掩码、网关的菜单任务,LwIP初始化任务,网口初始化任务,网口向串口、串口向网口发送数据任务。给出了主函数和主程序流程图。实际应用效果良好。An adaptor is designed for data transfer between Ethernet and serial ports,which uses S3C44B0 as its processor and applies TCP protocol. The system block diagram is presented, uC/OS＋ LwIP real- time muhitask embedded system is adopted to mainly implement five tasks：clock initialization/operating system initialization;menu of IP modification,subnet addresses and gateway; LwIP initialization;interface initialization;data transfer between Ethernet and serial ports. The main function and main flowchart are given. It runs well in practice.
